Stinger Golf Club: On The Course
The popular South African team, captained by major champion Louis Oosthuizen, draws some of the biggest international galleries and gives its fans plenty of reasons to cheer. Stinger GC had team victories in 2022 and 2023, and followed those up with four podium finished in 2024. Oosthuizen and teammates Charl Schwartzel, Branden Grace and Dean Burmester provided some upsets at the Team Championship in Dallas and finished fifth, ending the season on a positive note. During the regular season, Oosthuizen had two podium finishes (T2 in Jeddah, solo second in Adelaide) while Burmester provided the team’s biggest highlight by winning the individual title at LIV Golf Miami.
