Modern Slavery Policy

OUR STATEMENT

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labor, and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person's liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.

LIV Golf takes a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships.

ORGANISATION STRUCTURE AND SUPPLY CHAINS

With events across the world, the LIV Golf operates (i) the LIV Golf League which is a men’s professional worldwide golf competition currently consisting of a season-long, team and individual concurrent world championship played as a series of events (that includes the Events) that has been structured in line with other mainstream sports that incorporate a franchise model and including a fan experience element (for further information, please visit our website: https://www.livgolf.com) and (ii) the International Series which is a set of 10 elevated events sanctioned by the Asian Tour and offers golfers from around the world a route to the LIV Golf League as well as greater prize money and the chance to compete against elite-level fields at world-class destinations around the globe (https://www.internationalseries.com).

Due to the nature of its global operations, the delivery of the events often involves using complex and diverse global supply chains and operating in international locations. The business is continuously working on identifying and monitoring high risk suppliers to mitigate associated risks. LIV Golf provides a clear reporting mechanism within its code of conduct and seeks to protect any whistleblowers.

POLICIES AND DUE DILIGENCE

Code of conduct
Every employee is required to read and acknowledge LIV Golf’s Code of Conduct which sets out the rules, values, behaviors, ethics and standards expected by the company.

Contractual obligations with third parties
We are committed to ensuring modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or within any of our supply chains. We require the same high standards to be met by all of our contractors, suppliers, and business partners. As part of all contracting processes, all staff must work to ensure specific prohibitions are included relating to modern slavery with every company we contract with.

To clarify, we expect that our suppliers will hold their own suppliers to these same high standards. Onboarding and due diligence checks must be performed as such.

This applies to all persons working for us or on our behalf in any capacity, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, seconded workers, volunteers, interns, agents, external consultants, third-party representatives, and business partners.

ONWARDS AND UPWARDS
