It's just three simple steps:
1. Download the LIV Golf app on the App Store or Google Play.
2. Create a LIV X account with your name, email, and country (you can also tell us your favorite team, if you'd like).
3. If you already have a LIV Golf account, you just need to log in to get started.

1. Give your opinions in our fan polls.
2. Prove your knowledge in our quizzes.

Our Tiers track your engagement with LIV X. The more you engage, the higher you will go - and the more benefits you'll be able to unlock.
There are five tiers:
1. Rookie 0 - 499 points
2. Scratch 500 - 1,999
3. Semi-Pro 2,000 - 4,999
4. Pro 5,000 - 9,999
5. Legend 10,000+
You can earn points by making eligible purchases but also by participating in quizzes, polls, and discovering more about LIV Golf.

You can see your current points total, as well as launch quests and unlock your rewards, all from your Rewards Hub. Think of it like a gateway to the club, here you can do everything from one place.

Rookie:
Access to rope-side member zones at our events.
First grabs on new merch and tickets.

Choose player groupings.
Scratch:

Semi-pro:
Fast, free shipping on your merch.
Pro:
Free hospitality in our iconic Gallery Club.
Legend:
Free hospitality in our best-of-the-best Club 54.
Remember, as you move up, you also keep the perks from previous tiers, so by the time you reach Legend, you've got everything, including platinum-level hospitality access.

It’s a program that any fan can enjoy, regardless of their budget.

No, points don’t expire, but your tier level will be adjusted after your second year of membership based on your engagement.

Yes. While your tier is fixed for the first year of membership, it will be recalculated in year two based on your point earnings in that second year.

You can take part in polls through the Game Centre, which is linked in the Quest tasks within the LIV Golf app.

No, points are non-transferable, non-sellable, and cannot be assigned to others. They also cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other offers.

Yes, you can opt out of the program and delete your account at any time by following the instructions in the LIV Golf app or by emailing liv.x@livgolf.com.

LIV Golf can make changes to the program or even end it at any time. If any big updates are coming, we’ll let you know via email. By continuing to use the program after any changes, you’re agreeing to the new terms—so make sure to stay in the loop!

2. Go to your LIV X dashboard and open the Rewards Hub.
3. Browse the benefits and rewards you've earned up to now.
4. Select the reward you want, then click 'Unlock.'
5. You'll see instructions on how you'll receive your reward.

Your points balance decreases each time you redeem a reward, but your tier stays the same. Earning more points through activities helps you keep progressing through tiers. So, spend your points as you like—your tier level won’t drop.
