Pereira is one of several exciting young stars on the LIV Golf roster and has been friends with his Torque teammate and captain Joaquin Niemann since they were kids. A 10-time winner as a pro before joining the LIV Golf League, Pereira was the 54-hole leader at the 2022 PGA Championship, eventually finishing third. In 2021, he and Niemann represented their native Chile at the Tokyo Olympics, where Pereira lost in an incredible seven-man playoff for the bronze medal.
