LIV GOLF ANNOUNCES THREE-YEAR TOURNAMENT PARTNERSHIP WITH CALIENTE.MX FOR LIV GOLF MAYAKOBA

Playa del Carmen, Mexico – LIV Golf and Caliente.mx, the leading gaming services platform in Mexico, have announced a three-year partnership in which Caliente.mx will be the Official Sports Gaming Partner of LIV Golf Mayakoba.

As the most popular service in Mexico for live sports gaming and online wagering, consistently setting the standard in the country with a top selection of gaming opportunities, the deal provides Caliente.mx with exclusive rights in the Mexican market.

The announcement comes ahead of LIV Golf’s 2024 season opener, February 2-4, at the beautiful Mayakoba Resort in Mexico. Nestled along the Riviera Maya coastline, the league’s star-studded field will take on the Greg Norman-designed El Camaleon Golf Course which will feature this year the Caliente Lounge, a new addition within the popular fan village, for tournament attendees to enjoy.

LIV Golf Mayakoba marks the league debut of reigning Masters champion Jon Rahm, joining 13 other major champions including reigning PGA Championship winner and five-time major champion Brooks Koepka, 2020 U.S. Open Champion Bryson DeChambeau, 2022 Open Champion Cameron Smith, World Golf Hall of Famer Phil Mickelson, two-time major winners Dustin Johnson, Bubba Watson, and Martin Kaymer, and many more.

Fan festivities for LIV Golf Mayakoba begin on Friday, February 2 at 11 a.m. local time when gates open to welcome guests of all ages to the variety of unique activations on site. Parking is free all three days in advance of the tournament’s 1:15 p.m. shotgun start on Friday and Saturday and 1:05 p.m. start on Sunday.

The Grammy Award-winning and chart-topping artists The Chainsmokers will perform live at El Camaleon Golf Course on Saturday, February 3 to close the second day of LIV Golf Mayakoba. The Chainsmokers return to LIV Golf for the third time, after playing at the LIV Golf Team Championship 2022 in Miami and at LIV Golf Singapore presented by Resorts World Sentosa, last April.
