SURRAT RETURNS TO TENNESSEE
LIV Golf’s youngest player, 20-year-old Caleb Surratt, returns to his home state this week at LIV Golf Nashville.
Born in North Carolina, Surratt played collegiately at the University of Tennessee and remains a Knoxville resident. He turned pro as a teenager before the 2024 LIV Golf season to join Jon Rahm’s expansion Legion XIII team.
“I’m ecstatic,” said Surratt, who won the 2023 SEC Championship as a freshman while earning All-American honors. “It’ll be the first time all my friends and family really get to come out and see me.”
Surratt currently ranks 35th in points, finishing top 15 in each of his first two starts. He also has contributed to Legion XIII’s two team victories in Mayakoba and Miami; the team ranks second in the points standings.
“I’m so happy to be here,” Surratt said. “I’ve started to embrace being here instead of being scared of the moment.”
