  • Crushers GC and Legion XIII are the top teams in points and could secure top-three seeds this week

  • Legion XIII Captain Jon Rahm won his first LIV Golf individual title at the previous tournament, LIV Golf UK by JCB

  • Rahm’s Legion XIII won its league-leading fourth team title of the season in England

  • The first round at Greenbrier marks the 100th competition day in LIV Golf history

MR. 58 RETURNS

The last time Crushers GC Captain Bryson DeChambeau was at Greenbrier, he celebrated a record-setting performance that brought his first individual LIV Golf title.

His 12-under 58 on the final day last year is the lowest round in LIV Golf history and the join-lowest round in any leading pro tour. What's more, his 23-under winning total, which also featured a round of 61 on day 2, remains the lowest of any LIV Golf champion.

DeChambeau returns to Greenbrier this week as the reigning U.S. Open champion, but he has yet to win a LIV Golf tournament in 2024. He currently ranks eighth in the season-long points race and needs a big finish in the last two regular-season tournaments to move inside the top-three bonus-earning positions.

“I’ve got to win one. I need to win one,” DeChambeau said. “That’s my full goal.”
