Bryson DeChambeau wins U.S. Open

The Crushers GC Captain Claimed his Second U.S. Open Championship Title Sunday

DeChambeau Will Next Compete June 21-23 at LIV Golf Nashville

LONDON, NEW YORK, West Palm Beach, Fla. – LIV Golf League star Bryson DeChambeau claimed a 1 stroke victory at the 124th U.S. Open Championship at historic Pinehurst Resort & Country Club’s Course No. 2. DeChambeau, captain of Crushers GC, showcased his exceptional skill and strategic play all weekend, finishing with a 72-hole total of 6-under 274 to secure his first major win since his 2020 U.S. Open Championship triumph at Winged Foot Golf Club in Mamaroneck, New York.

DeChambeau becomes the first LIV Golf League player to raise the U.S. Open Championship Trophy since joining the league and the second LIV Golf League player to win a major after Brooks Koepka’s victory at last year’s PGA Championship at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, New York. DeChambeau is now one of seven LIV Golf players who have won multiple major championships, joining Phil Mickelson (6), Koepka (5), Dustin Johnson (2), Martin Kaymer (2), Jon Rahm (2) and Bubba Watson (2). More than a quarter (14) of the league’s global field are major champions, with 28 major victories amongst them. Six players on the LIV Golf League have won a U.S. Open Championship.

"I am incredibly grateful and honored to win my second U.S. Open Championship at such an iconic venue,” said DeChambeau, captain of Crushers GC. “Pinehurst has a rich history in the golfing world, and to have my name etched in its legacy is truly humbling. This win is not just for me, but for everyone who has continued to believe in me along the way."

Additionally, he has won two LIV Golf individual titles to date, highlighted by a record-tying 58 on the final day at LIV Golf Greenbrier last August.
