Impact Leaderboard

Impact, But Louder Header Image

Introducing the Impact Leaderboard: LIV Golf’s platform to promote the impact and sustainability work carried out by the Teams.

The Impact Leaderboard covers 9 indicators, from positively impacting young lives to running sustainability programs and engaging fans. Points are awarded for the actions teams take to implement and promote their own plans.

The final standings are updated at the end of the season and a $150,000 prize pool is distributed among the top four teams to invest back in their own impact programs. The innovative platform sets a new standard for impact-led sports leagues, promoting excellence and continuous improvement in social impact and sustainability.

Majesticks GC's headline initiative, Little Sticks, aims to ‘educate, engage, and empower’ young people through golf by providing equipment, training, and mentorship to schools and community organizations.

The program focuses on developing life skills, improving well-being, and fostering a sense of belonging. It includes 16 activities, learner booklets, and a life skills curriculum used in schools in the UK and Florida. Majesticks GC players serve as role models. Sheffield Hallam University is conducting research on the program's impact to expand its reach.

Smash GC: Smash for Success

Smash for Success

Smash for Success is Smash GC's premier community program aimed at empowering young individuals through golf, equipping them to succeed both on and off the course.

In 2024, Smash rolled out the Smash for Success Junior Golfer Scholarship and Mentor of the Year Award accepting applications from February to May. Isaac Westbrook became the inaugural scholarship recipient, and was honored at the LIV Golf Houston, playing in the pro-am alongside Talor Gooch.

Smash for Success has helped make a positive impact on the lives of 125 young individuals.

Iron Heads GC: Green Up

Iron Heads: Green Up

Iron Heads GC's Green-Up Your Local Muni project focuses on inspiring young golfers in local junior golf programs to leave their golf courses cleaner and greener.

By providing opportunities for junior golfers to interact with and learn from professional players, the initiative aims to instill environmental awareness within the younger generation. Through partnerships with Junior Golf Programs in 4 countries across 5 events, the project has already helped impacted over 240 kids in 2024. The ultimate objective is to engage a larger number of junior golfers, emphasizing the importance of environmental consciousness in golf and aiming for a lasting impact post-tournament.
