A former top-ranked amateur and winner of the 2008 U.S. Amateur at age 18, Danny Lee has carved out a solid professional career since turning pro, winning three times across multiple tours before joining the LIV Golf League. Lee authored one of the most thrilling individual victories in LIV Golf history in 2023, claiming LIV Golf Tucson with a 25-foot birdie putt from off the green for a walk-off playoff victory. Lee was born in South Korea but emigrated to New Zealand when he was 8 years old and has represented that country at international competitions, including the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
