MIAMI – LIV Golf competition returns to the U.S. after a thrilling end to the regular season in Jeddah where Fireballs GC won the team event and Brooks Koepka took home the individual title in an exciting playoff win over Talor Gooch, who secured the league’s 2023 Individual Champion title. Now, the league gears up this week for its Team Championship in Miami, Florida, October 20-22 with $50 million on the line. The ground-breaking league featuring many of professional golf’s biggest stars is set to bring excitement on and off the course in Doral with a full weekend of world-class golf, unique team competition, and entertainment for fans of all ages.

BIG NAMES AND MAJOR CHAMPIONS COMPETING AT TRUMP NATIONAL GOLF CLUB

The LIV Golf Team Championship in Miami is the final event of the 2023 LIV Golf League season and features 13 major champions with a combined 25 major wins, including Koepka, the reigning PGA Championship winner and five-time major champion, 2022 Open champion Cameron Smith, six-time major winner and World Golf Hall of Famer Phil Mickelson, 2020 U.S. Open champion Bryson DeChambeau, two-time major winners Dustin Johnson, Bubba Watson and Martin Kaymer, and many more.

The LIV Golf Team Championship is a unique event in the sport of golf. The seeded three-day tournament will feature match play on Friday and Saturday and stroke play on Sunday with all 12 teams competing in exciting head-to-head competition to determine the 2023 LIV Golf Team Champion.

As one of the region’s most iconic golf resorts, Trump National Doral boasts a treasure trove of history and lore. HEADLINE ENTERTAINMENT: ALESSO AND FISHER

On Saturday, October 21, international superstar Alesso will entertain fans to conclude day two of competition. The world-renowned DJ and producer who boasts more than 5.5 billion streams and is responsible for mega hits “Heroes, (we could be)”, “Words” (featuring Zara Larsson), and “When I’m Gone” (with Katy Perry) will perform live on the main stage at approximately 6:00 p.m. On Sunday, October 22, Australian sensation FISHER will perform. With a blockbuster catalogue of dance hits including “Losing It”, “You Little Beauty” and “Stop It”, the Grammy-nominated superstar will bring the dynamic music he’s loved for to fans in South Florida when he performs to close out the tournament.

Family-friendly fun is featured at LIV Golf events, and the Fan Village provides the setting for the week’s off-course entertainment. Festivities begin at 10:30 a.m. local time when gates open to welcome guests of all ages to the variety of unique activations on site. Parking is free all three days in advance of the tournament’s 1:15 p.m. ET shotgun start on Friday and Saturday and 1:05 p.m. start Sunday. Grounds passes allow fans to walk the course, watch the action up close and grant entry to the interactive Fan Village – an immersive area featuring food and beverages and a specially-designed LIV Kids Zone for the youngest fans to relax and play.
