player roster
Kevin Na (USA, captain)
Na was born in Seoul, the capital of South Korea, and emigrated with his family when he was eight to the US, where he is a naturalized citizen. He has been a professional since 2001, and has always remained proud of his homeland.
He won five times on the PGA Tour, reached the world top 20 in 2015, and was an obvious choice to skipper a team with a strong Asian flavor to it as LIV Golf set out to bring top-level golf to new territories.
Danny Lee (NZL)
Like his captain, Lee was born in Korea and emigrated at the age of eight, in his case to New Zealand. He turned pro in 2009, and has since won tournaments in Asia, Europe, and on the PGA Tour.
His victory in Tucson in 2023, only his second LIV Golf event, showcased his quality. So did his win over Bryson DeChambeau in the Team Championship in 2024. As Na has said: “When Danny plays his best, he’s one of the best.”
Jinichiro Kozuma (JPN)
Kozuma made three LIV Golf starts in 2022, then qualified through the LIV Promotions event at the end of 2023. He played a full part in Iron Heads GC’s superb display at the 2024 Team Championship, and fits seamlessly into a lineup with three Korean-born pals.
Cool under pressure, and with five pro wins since he joined the paid ranks in 2012, Kozuma is ready to move to the next level in 2025. Na said: “He really gelled well with the team, we really like him. We think he’s a great player and a great guy.”
Yubin Jang (KOR)
The eyes of fans across the globe, and particularly in Korea, will be on Jang as he takes his first steps into world-class golf following a career of immense promise in his homeland.
He topped the points list on the Korean Tour in 2024, when he was also named the Player of the Year. Rather than move to the US, he has chosen to join Iron Heads GC – a team that pursued him for more than a year and is incredibly excited to secure his services.
